Printer Quality Falls Dramatically
Things were going very well but when I loaded another part to be printed using the same filament, print quality cratered. I unloaded and reloaded the filament. Same result. Then I did the first layer test, a pic of which is attached. At the top I wasn't getting even lines so I lowered Z, hence why the lines almost disappeared. I placed Z back where it was and printed the result you see bottom left. Here's a clue, perhaps. My extruder "clicks" now. It may have been doing it all along, I don't know. Thanks for any guidance you may suggest.

extruder will click if filament builds too much pressure, as with a clog or too close to bed. try cleaning or changing the nozzle, bed looks like it could be cleaned too, and start your first layer calibration from fresh so that it's too high and you're coming down again...
