Printer not accepting Filament
When ever I try to load to filament into the printer its almost like it get stuck and the gears just start to eat away at the plastic.
If any could please help me with soon. it would be most appreciated. Thanks!
RE: Printer not accepting Filament
Two main suspects:
* You have a block somewhere in the hotend. Google for "cold pulls" and clean things out.
* Your idler screw is set too tight so the filament gets chewed up.

RE: Printer not accepting Filament
Loading the filament is always a "feel" type of process, as to be just right.
Make sure it is straight as possible and you could also check alignment by sliding a small allen wrench down the filament hole and feel for any resistance. Open the hexagon door and inspect in there for any misalignment or trash.
But still, loading filament is an exact science.
