Printer making unwanted movements

My MK3s+ is making random movements on the X (see dotting right to the print) and Y (see dotting in front to the print) axis and making stops when printing (see the blob on the far side of the print from the camera). This continues on every layer of the print not just the first one. I'm using the latest firmware (3.13.1) which I flashed twice, and I tried using 3 different SD cards which all gave the same result.

What printed:

What the gcode is supposed to look like:

Thanks! Posting it here although I think I already found the problem-using my laptop with cable in pronterface seems to print just fine with the exact file, so I think it has to do with the SD card reader in the printer, which is annoying but I was already about to install a R-Pi to remote control the printer so I think I'll be fine, thanks anyways! (also sry for the offensive file a gift to a friend lol)
