Printer can´t connect to new Thermistor/Heating Element
Hi, I recently had to replace the Heating element and the thermistor, since the cables broke, after a quite misunfortunate disassambly. As in the title, my printer seems to can´t connect to the Heating element or the Thermistor.
Since I actually get a temperature reading, I strongly suspect that the Heating element is at fault. The thing is, I first tried non original parts, but now with the new original Heater (the Thermistor is still 3rd party) the same error occurs.
And honestly, now I don´t really now what to do anymore, so I really ope someone cann help me here.

Do you definitely have the correct Mk3 heater i.e. 24v?
Assuming the thermistor is reading ambient temperature correctly, does the temperature change at all if you turn on the heater? How about if you heat the hotend block manually with a hot air gun or the like?

The heater is definitely the correct one 24V40W. The Thermistor even reads temperature changes, when I´m holding it with my fingers, but if I turn on the heater, nothing happens. My greatest fear is, that the Einsy RAMBo somehow is damaged, though I really donn´t know how that could have happened.

Just for good measure, I'd first check the fuse for the heater. I believe it is F2, but it definitely is one of the two 5A fuses.

You appear to be right, one of the 5a fuses is broken, which is weird, since the manual notes the 15A as the fuse for the hotend/heatbed. I will replace the fuse and hopefully it will fix my problem.

Hi Bastian,
if your other heater was 12 volt instead of 24 volt, it would have drawn much higher current and blown the fuse!,
that might be the issue.

Bastion where did you get your parts? I need to replace mine also.
