Yes. The RPI Zero 2 can be used as a drop-in replacement.

I can't find any suppliers who have the Zero 2 in stock. If anyone knows of a (Stateside) source that has them, I would be interested, as I do have one project which could make use of one.
All I've found are Ebay and Amazon gougers who are selling them at over twice the list price.

Canakit has them in stock, but not the bare board. You would just have to buy one of the kits.

Both Vilros and Adafruit have them in stock off and on. I grabbed one from Vilros when they were in stock, but they were out again shortly after that.
