Possible Motherboard or Screen Failure
Any advice on troubleshooting a possible motherboard or screen failure. I was starting a new print on my MK3S and random stuff seemed to appear on the screen. rebooted and it seemed to be OK then as I pressed the dial the screen went blank and it seemed to shut down. Tried cycling the power switch but got no response on the screen. Power supply is delivering 23.6 volts to the motherboard and the three fuses all test OK. Pressed on all the connectors and they all seem to be firmly plugged to motherboard. My motherboard is marked ENINSY RAMBo 1.2b. Is there any procedure to trouble shoot and determine what is the problem? Of course I've had a 5 extruder XL on order since they were announced. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
Pull and reinsert both ends of the display ribbon cables.
