PINDA v2 Temp Compensation Graph
In this thread ( https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3-f30/strange-grey-pinda-probe-received-t13645.html )we were discussing the newer pinda that has been coming with the MK3 kits, and I found out how to get them from the supplier.
@stahlfabrik asked me to get a graph showing the expected trigger distance over temperature - and thankfully the supplier has provided that to me. Unfortunately, he took a picture of a graph he drew on a post-it. I am submitting his graph, as well as my attempt to recreate it in Excel. I hope it helps.
I purchased many extras in case any tinkerers are interested in getting one to make a clone, or if some of you want to have spares.

Unfortunately, he took a picture of a graph he drew on a post-it. I am submitting his graph, as well as my attempt to recreate it in Excel. I hope it helps.

He took a picture of a graph he drew on a post it... and you took a picture of a graph on a computer screen... I honestly give you both an A+ for effort, but a B for Execution. Comeon, a Post-it note? They make napkins for that kind of art! And to take a picture of your monitor!!! That's so yesterday. You should have printed it, spilled some coffee on it, then took a picture of it. 
How many... extras? How much do these cost?

The postit shows great stuff. The range in our application is usually below 70C. There the probe is linear. It triggers LOWER with higher temperature. And it is nearly constant.
It all fits into my frame on what is going on.

That looks very close to how mine charts out. Mine is very linear... I don't have to adjust my z-height for most anything I print. I just make sure my ambient and pinda temps are at least 25 degrees, and I am good to go. If pinda gets up around 50, then I notice my 1st layer lines are nearly invisible when I look at the bottom, but otherwise it still prints nearly identical to a mostly cool machine.
