Parts started pulling up from the bed

I have used my MK3s for quite a while now and it has always printed perfectly.  Recently I have not been able to get anything to stick to the bed for very long.

I cleaned the (smooth) bed, soap and water, IPA, etc... without any success. If I use Glue Stick AND a Brim on a recently cleaned bed, I can usually get a print to stick long enough to print (this isn't a certainty though).

I decided to try a textured bed, to see if it helped, thinking maybe the surface of my bed was damaged in some way.  After a couple of days off and on calibrating it to get the perfect first layer (as determined by this: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/bed-level-correction_2267 ) I still cannot get anything to stick for long.

To be clear, it sticks just fine for awhile (a nice strong hold), but after a dozen or so layers the parts start to pull up from the bed, even with a Brim.

All of my relevant printer settings are all standard default settings for Prusa Slicer.

The bed temperature never wavers during the print (as told by the LCD). I have tried printing hotter, colder, enclosed spaces, open spaces, etc... I have replaced a few components (heater, thermistor, heat block, and fans) with what (should?) be their OEM parts, but that was after it started failing the first time.

My first thought was that the fans are cooling the part off too much, and by a dozen or so layers the cumulative effect cools the bed too much, but lowering the fan speed causes...well the issues you would expect from poor cooling; and that doesn't explain why it just started happening.

Does anyone have any ideas about what could be wrong?

RE: Parts started pulling up from the bed

Make picture of your first layer, and let us see.

Clean bed with dish soap 2 times with hot water, no alcohol needed.

The first layer should be 100%, otherwise it would not stick.

Extra and if everything is OK, this is not needed:

First layer slow to 10 mm,

first layer hotter, 10 C hotter.

And a big brim attach to model 6 or 8 lines.

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't see the notification for a new message here.

My first layer is pretty good.  I spent quite awhile trying to dial it in.  There are the odd surface scar where it stopped filling in the bottom layer and moved somewhere else, when it comes back to finish that square, it leaves a...seam?  Other than that my first layer, top and bottom are great, and it sticks like a champ.

I did notice something odd the other day.  I was printing two parts (A and B).  Identical parts, one (A) in the center of the build plate, and one (B) towards the front.  I printed a couple sets of these, no problems.  I removed part A in the slicer, and left part B where it was (towards the front).  Now the part pulls up from the build plate.  I tried a couple of runs, it pulled up each time.  I went back and added A back in (B was still in the same spot in the front) and it all worked again.  The placement of B never changed.

Here are a few images of the first layer (top, bottom, and a zoomed in top)
