Figure 22" or 560mm to provide the PTFE tube enough space to move freely. Otherwise the rest of the dimensions remain the same.

I asked this same question for the same reason after I got my printer. Now that I have my MMU I am glad I never got around to adding an enclosure. Getting the MMU initially working with the printer in an enclosure is just going to add to any frustration you go through with setting up the MMU as you will have to take it in and out of the enclosure multiple times.

Even outside of the issues with the initial setup you have to plan for there to be (un)load and other issues from time to time. As such you need to be able to easily get to all areas of the unit easily. Inside an enclosure without easy access could be the difference from sorting out a simply issue and saving your print or having to stop the print so you can remove the printer and fix the issue.

If it's not clear, my advice is that you certainly start planning your enclosure, but hold off actually building it until you've lived with the MMU for a bit and understand what it will need from you.

If you are dead set on building the enclosure now I would highly suggest that at least one side can open in addition to the front.
