Octoprint, Slicing and LCD Status question
Hello,
so I notice when I am slicing with the prusa slicer the LCD on the printer shows the % of the print. But when I use my default Simplify3D slicer this info is not shown. Any idea why this is? I use Octoprint for both variations.

Prusa Slicer adds in the gcode commands to the file telling the printer to display xx during the print. If other slicers don’t then the printer won’t display them.

Use P.Slicer once, and look at the gcode file it creates. Sheesh.
