Octoprint / MK3 doesn't resume printing after filament run out

Hi All,

I have the issue of my print not continuing after a (false) detect of filament run-out. I am printing through Octoprint via the USB connection. When the printer detects a filament runout it stop and goes to the front, I did unload and load filament. The printhead then returns to last position, but from there nothing happens. Nozzle and bed are still heating, but no movement or extruding.

My MK3 are running fw 3.4.0 but also had the exact same issue old the version before a couple of day before fw upgrade. My Octoprint are running v. 1.3.9.

Is there anything I need to be aware of in Octoprint settings to make this happen? Any tips

Really nobody with input on this? Does your printing (through Octoprint) resume after automatic filament runout detection, when you have changed filament?

Sorry, I have no input. Mine works fine. I always print through Octoprint and USB and have had filament runouts work fine. I did have one fail, but it was due to a filament clog. You may want to check that.

Seems like this is happening for more users and that there is already a github issue #1154 on this...
