Nozzle / heatbed issue

Hi so I'm new into 3d printing and only recently (about 1 and a 1/2 months ago) got my first printer, being a prusa mk3s+ it all worked fine until i thought to install a fan to blow the fumes away, but instead of helping it just cooled down the PLA too fast so I got rid of it. Ever since then whenever I try to do a basic print like the circles in the pictures I attached, some parts of the print curl up, some parts look odd and others don't print. I think the fan might have messed up the settings of the temperature or something like that. I got my printer pre-built. I would appreciate any and all help.

Thanks.

RE: Nozzle / heatbed issue

From the looks of the image, I would say this is a first-layer issue. You have to calibrate it again.
See this https://www.printables.com/model/251587-stress-free-first-layer-calibration-in-less-than-5/files.   Pay attention to the images, so you can judge for yourselves how 1st layer should be.
Q: Do you have your printer in an enclosure? If so, open the door, so the PLA printing stays below 30 degrees C.

Have fun. Now it is the question how to get it stick to the plate (in a couple of months you wonder how to peel it off the plate. Seems to be the learning curve of many of us).

How are you cleaning your print sheet?

PS: Please also upload  a zipped example (mf3 project) of the object in the image. Seems something is wrong with the placement (maybe).

I've cleaned it with wet wipes for the most part, drying it before printing though.

RE:

The first layer calibration is -1.445mm and it's worked smoothly all the time until about 2 weeks ago so I doubt it's the issue. My printer is not in a box by the way. The link says page not found when I click on it

wet wipes for the most part,

OK, you may have a finger-grease buildup.

Clean with diahwashing detergent (Dawn/Fairy) and very HOT water, dry with a fresh paper towel, hold by the edges only, and try again.

Excuses, I should have checked the link first. Hope this one is better: https://www.printables.com/model/251587-stress-free-first-layer-calibration-in-less-than-5

I amn't able to send the file for the print at the moment however the print is called "butterfly spoon" on thingiverse and it has many downloads and other people have printed flawlessly
