Nozzle crash followed by a full jam
Hi,
After having perfects prints with my MK3 for 2 months, it started having very inconsistent first layer problems 7-10 days ago. I kept having to adjust the Live Z a bit up or down.
I upgraded to 3.2.0rc2 in an attempt to solve it a week ago - seemed to help a bit. This morning it refused to print, so I tried a new XYZ calibration. Before this it has always been on -230 plus/minus 20. I have done this calibration at least 10 times before on this printer without a problem.
This time it went straight down and crashed into the bed on point 1. I turned it off as fast as I could.
Afterward I tried to load filament to prepare a calibration run, but now the nozzle is completely clogged, and none of the methods here https://help.prusa3d.com/l/en/article/WWVRzOY1dX-clogged-nozzle help.
Can the nozzle have been blockec / destroyed by the crash? Here is a picture of the nozzle.

Difficult to be sure without a look from other angles but to me it appears that your nozzle has actually broken off. Compare it to these pics - https://e3d-online.com/nozzles-v6-brass

It's hard to tell from the pictures but the nozzle just looks like it has some plastic gunk accumulated on it. Preheat>Pla and a pair of tweezers/pliers will fix that. I would be more worried about your bed to be honest, as it can be fragile. How does it look?

Upon further inspections it seems the nozzle is broken, and I'll have to change it.
The hotend is filled with plastic - is that an issue when changing the nozzle, and can I do anything about it?

Unload the filament that you can from the extruder. It sounds like you can't clear the hot end because it is jammed right?
You will have to remove the nozzle while it is hot. Raise the z level to a point where you have good access to the nozzle and pre heat it. When it gets to PLA temp unscrew the nozzle. Be aware that melted plastic is going to be spilling out. Don't get burned.
Try to clean up the heater block before putting a new nozzle on and turn the heat off after the new nozzle is firmly tightened.
Test the nozzle by loading some PLAand verify that it is extruding properly and then run the calibration sequence and 1st level live z again.

I replaced the nozzle only to find that the blockec nozzled had cause melted filament to backspill far up the ptfe tube, so the filament in the ptfe tube is completely stuck.
I been unable to fix it by the "heat up with the fans cooling the heatbreak" trick, The filament simple dont get soft enough.
So... Trying to remove the ptfe tube now. The instructions are clear: https://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/How+to+replace+PTFE+tube/82 - Using your nail to push the black ring.
Well The black ring does not move, and the ptfe is very stuck - probably because it is still full of filemant.
Any good advice?
Drill it out carefully?

The black ring is a standard item that just holds the PTFE into the hot end. I got a replacement from filastruder( the US E3d stockists) for a couple of dollars. I think it is called a collet for embedded metal 4 mm tubing. So I would use whatever force you need and destroy it if you have to. Then put in a new one and replace the PTFE .

Update: I was unable to get the PTFE from the heatsink, so I uset a spare O’Neill and the printer is operationel again.
I opened a ticket with prusa, AS the nozzld crashes into the bed in 1 out 10 mesh autoleveleing rund. I Think the Pinda probe Night be unstable.

I had to lower my pinda by a thread after moving to the latest firmware.
