Nozzle brokes into the extruder

hey guys

I push too much torque to my nozzle and now is broken into the heatsink. the half is inside.

Is finished or there is a way to put it out?!

if I can't do anything....what I need for that?! only a heatsink and a nozzle?!

thanx.

I would recommend you just buy another.  You could heat it up with a heat gun and try to remove it.

Nozzle, heatbreak, heat block, and thermal paste.  You might need a thermistor and heat cartridge if you can't get them loose.

well I heat it up and finally goes out.

Just fine.

so I order only heatblocker and paste.

as I see the manual for assembling says 0.5mm. I buy some gap fillers for that. Also they don't say that I must heat up again and tighten up just little as I see in YouTube. In that video a guy heat it up after he tighten just a little and he left it to cool. he did that 3 times.

is that necessary ?!

To prevent such problems, you could use a torque tool. There are also some to print yourself, like this one:
