Nozzle blow out - replacement extruder help .... I'm not rebuilding this again.

I came down to find my print a birds nest of garbage, and the nozzle, fan base and wires were covered with a chewing gum size turd of plastic.  I tried to pry it off, but parts started breaking off.   It took me FOR EVER to build this thing, and the thought of taking apart that entire extruder piece thing to rebuild is making a grown man cry.   Beyond being all thumbs and unable to rebuild this, I just don't have the time to do it either.  Does anyone know how I can just buy that entire part put together? From the top piece where the filliment goes in to the nozzle on the bottom.  I just want it prebuilt as one piece.   I'll pay someone to do it at this point if I can't just buy the piece.  I will send my part so you can reuse whatever is still usable.  Any thoughts anyone?  If I can't get this part, I just wasted a ton of money, because this machine will never print again, and I only got two prints out of it.  Please help.

RE: Nozzle blow out - replacement extruder help .... I'm not rebuilding this again.

Relatively new to this so this is my first response.

Similar - I have been printing perfectly for a couple of rolls [Print time statistics prior to factory reset: 33D ; 15H ; 55M] and gaining confidence. Prints are dam near perfect so tried to 'iron' the top of a small box.

Clogged for the first time - not quit as bad as yours.

Now very minor clog every print on the base layer.

Ran calibration, up to 12 times.

Initially lifting the head to the top but suspect you have already done that from the photo:

Settings/Move Axis/Z

Then heat up just the nozzle at the hot end:

Settings/Temperature/Nozzle and set to 220 deg C initially

Wait about 5 min and then increase to 280 deg C

Then try to gently pull 'some of the crap' off the head with tweezers.

Remove and replace filament several times to force 'good' filament through the nozzle.

I feel your pain:

So far I have replaced the nozzle and replaced the steel plate twice.

Still no joy.

Work in progress.
