Not tight enough?
I noticed some blobs on prints after re-building the hot end from a catastrophic plug. I thought it was just some "catch and release" filament, but the color wasn't right. Then I was worried that I had assembled it wrong and was melting the housing. Upon closer inspection, it's pretty clear that filament is squeezing out above the heat block. I have to assume that I didn't tighten it enough, but before I go through that process again, I wanted to get input on any other possible mistakes I made during the hot end assembly process.
Re: Not tight enough?
Use same procedure as in nozzle change (see prusa blog) heat up 285°C, and tight heatblok up.
Not nescesarry to disasemble all extruder, but it will be better to clean up and check ptfe tube.

Re: Not tight enough?
I heated it up to 270 and tightened again per the e3 guide and was able to get it a little tighter. I'm checking the area after each print, and so far, so good. I've got another hot end ready to go if this one fails,
