New printer not working/can't connect
Brand new to Prusa... hopefully I am making some simple obvious mistake.
Completed assembling the printer... it powers up and the LCD works. When I get to "Select language", I press OK for English. The LCD says "sorting files", then goes back to the "Select Language" dialog.
I can't figure out how to get past the first page... also I can't connect via USB with Astrobox, although I understand that may be a function of a menu selection on the LCD screen that I can't get to, yet.
Any ideas? Possibly bad firmware? A bad connection? (Although I've checked those a couple of times so far.)

Don't press reset when selecting the language... instead, press the "OK" button above it (the rotary knob is also the SELECT / OK button.
The big X is PANIC / reset.

Select language: the same problem with my original MK3S/MMU2S: change language from english to german works in original FW 3.7.0. and older.
3.7.1 and 3.7.2 are not working. I tried all: full factory reset several times, flashed with newest Prusa Slic3r 2.0.0. Tried to recompile FW with arduino (build.sh), multilanguage=on (1) after ran a dos2unix over all -c .ccp .h .txt .py and .sh.
Flashing, flashing again but language change does not work. LCD is blinking 3 times and fall back to the language menu.
As is said: 3.7.0 an older are working without any problems.
Checked all hardware components -> no broken wires, all ok!
and: i din't mix up x and ok button.

i solved the "change language" problem: installed Slic3r on Ubuntu 18.04 LT and flashed the neweset FW 3.7.2 without any problems. In W7 i got allways errors in the Slic3r log file when i tried to flash the fw.
Linux and Windows will never be friends!
