New nozzle (0.25) and prints are failing randomly
Hello
I've recently changed the nozzle from the standard 0.4mm to the 0.25 nozzle.
i'm using the Prusa MK3 (not using the new MK3S).
I'm trying to print a 3D coin (2 halves that I can push together (1 side has a little hole and the other one a pin so they can be pushed together).
It seemed to be going great but it randomly doesn't extrude or brings in filament for some reason and then prints fine again, it also suddenly happens after a while and sometimes right in the beginning. It's incredibly frustrating and i have no idea how to fix this.

Could someone help me? Should I change anything from settings?
EDIT:
I've been trying it with the boat test print with the 0.25 slic3r settings:

Pretty filament... but not what you want to use with a 0.25 nozzle. I can even see flakes as large as the nozzle diameter in the prints.
Load a non-glitter-filled filament, do a few cold pulls to try to remove the glitter particles plugging the nozzle. Then print only non-filled filaments with the 0.25 mm nozzle.
Re: New nozzle (0.25) and prints are failing randomly
Another thing to watch out for with a 0.25mm nozzle is your extrusion multiplier. For PETG on my 0.4mm nozzle I was using 0.99 and on the 0.25mm Micro-Swiss I use 1.21.
