New firmware = Loud beep when powering off - even in mute.
Ever since I updated to the latest firmware it seem the print refuses to mute the beep for power off. Is there anything we can do to fix this behavior? I have tried silent and mute.. but still has the loud beeps.

I don't have a fix but I wanted to confirm that mine is doing this too after flashing 3.7.2. Didn't before. Possibly power panic related?

That beep is realy anoying. alway when powering the printer of. Any way to shut it down? remove/block the speaker?
Prusa give us the mute profile back!!

at the moment I can not tell if its the same at my printer.. But you can put a piece of tape on the beeper (there is a hole on top of it, just cover it with something sticky) That should make the beeper much more quiet.

it looks like you powering off the printer with a switched outlet or similar and then the powerpanic is triggered. Try the tape workaround from above until FW3.7.3 😉

no I'm using the switch on the back of the printer.. but it looks like others have the same issue.
maybe a fix in 8.3

I reverted to an earlier firmware issue but the wretched beep came with it AND the heaters which had stopped working with 3.7.2 still fail to work.
