My printer re setts when it starts the print
Hi i have a brand new prusa3 with multi material every time i start a print it heats up calibrates z and at the moment the print is supposed to start the printer re-setts.

A wiring problem can cause the printer to reset when the heaters are turned on. Triple check all of the power cables, you can even try unplugging the bed and extruder heaters then start a print - as a test. But self test should also cause a reset.

Me too! I see it's been a week, did you find a solution? I just upgraded my firmware from 3.5.1 to 3.7.1. I'm going to try downgrading and see if that makes a difference. I don't buy the cause being a wiring problem, as it's the first time I've seen this issue in over a year of use, and the firmware upgrade is the only thing that changed.

Ok, so it turns out I upgraded the firmware too early. I think it was getting to the step where it wanted to talk to the new IR sensor, and was freaking out and crashing because the optical sensor was still in place. Once I upgraded the parts, the software worked properly
