Oh, I misspoken the perimeter part. I should have said top solid infill, sorry. Normally we see top solid infill on the highest layer but when the model has rotated since the very top layer changes to a different layer we see top solid infill on the center of the height of the print. For instance, in Epictetus example, when we rotate it 45 degrees the chest becomes top solid infill.
