Multi Body AMF file in PRUSA Slicer

With the last few versions of SLIC3R PE when I opened a multi-body AMF file saved from my CAD program I would get this message. It was a SUPER handy way of positioning generic shapes I used for modifers/ support blockers/ etc. Now when I import into the new PRUSA Slicer it just places all of the bodies on the build plate, undoing all of my positioning. Is there a setting to import like the old way?

Now it does this:

That image is very small but it says:

This file contains several objects positioned at multiple heights, instead of considering them as multiple objects, should i consider this as a single object having multiple parts? Yes/No

And did you respond yes or no?

On the old interface, I would select "Yes" and it would treat it as a multi-body part with fixed constraints. I don't see the same option in the new Prusa Slicer
