More than clicking extruder, "spinning gears"

Hello guys,

I have a problem, check the video please: . Has anyone already raised this problem? I use 0.25 nozzle, MK3S, room temperature is 22ºC. Fillamentum filament, speed is default, 0.15 QUALITY profile. Latest fw (3.8.0) and latest slic3r (2.1.0). My stepper motor was too hot (I think it's too hot) sot I made a cooler, but it doesn't help. I'm quite at a loss.. Any suggestion?

If you unload the filament, you will probably see chew marks on the filament. That is the clicking.

Usually means more resistance to feeding filament than the extruder can handle.

If you are sure the path to the PTFE is correctly aligned, and the Bondtech gear is tight, try a cold pull with cleaning filament.

It would remove any obstructions in the hot end.
