MK3S+ suddenly stopped heating the hotbed

Team, I am having a considerable challenge in finding (1) what the problem is and (2) what the solution is.

My MK3S+ suddenly stopped heating the hotbed.  When the selection is to start a print, the home screen shows the temperature.  Once the file to print is selected, the home screen IMMEDIATELY shifts to a restart screen and states it requires calibration.  The calibration wizard requires filament to be removed which requires heating the hotbed which switches to the reboot screen.  Essentially, it will not heat.  Attempts to heat only the extruder ends in the same result.  It does NOT result in this step when attempting to heat the bed.

I have contacted the helpless desk and did not have any success in using their guidance.  Each time I speak with someone new, I have to repeat the story and submit new pictures (below) of the results.  This is what I do know - Fuses are good, the Thermistor is good (111 kO), and the heater is good (1.5 ohms).  I suspect the programming is corrupted.  Re-flashed the new version.  That did not work.

I am certainly willing to try anything except to talk to the 'desk' again to get this unit up and running.

Thanks in advance.

Stan B

RE: MK3S+ suddenly stopped heating the hotbed

Have you tried unplugging the extruder heater  from the einsy board? and trying to start a print, just to see if the printer instantly resets.

If there is an issue with the extruder heater,  the heat bed should start to heat and then you will get a different message to indicate a fault on the extruder heater.   this test isolates the hotend as a potential issue

if it still resets immediately, try disconnecting the heatbed wires as well
and try a reprint...   this test isolates the heatbed

if it still resets immediately  with both the hot end heater and the heatbed heater disconnected the einsy is suspect.
