MK3S+ MMU2 Printer Start g-code settings

Hello,

I am looking for help with the starting g-code my printer runs before every print.  I am currently running the stock g-code, and when it begins the warm-up and bed mesh leveling sequence, the nozzle heats up to the regular temperate (215 for PLA, etc.), and filament continues to ooze out when it does the bed mesh leveling process.  Also, right before the print head positions itself to begin the primer line, a good amount of filament is extruded, creating a blob/pool of filament on the sheet, then it starts the prime line.  Is that normal?

I read in this article (MMU2 specific code) his example of the start g-code, but when I try it...it just sits there, and the screen says, "please wait."  I am unsure if the system is waiting to warm up the super pinda to 35 deg celsius?  Does the super pinda have a temp sensor?  I like the idea of how it only warms up the nozzle to 175 during the start-up / bed mesh sequence.

Thank you for any tips or help.

Cheers

to the best of my knowledge, Supapinda does not have a thermistor in it. so it is likely this start code will fail to execute

typically a standard Mk3, s, S+ will have filament loaded whilst heating,
A mk3 series printer, with MMU2, does not normally have filament loaded during heating. so there should be nothing to blob...

Spinda does not have a temperature sensorconn. Throw the M860 Gcode (all M860) out of the startup sequence.

I remove the M860 lines out of the code and it seemed to work great until it started with the prime line.  In the beginning, it seemed to stutter and extruded blobs of filament at the beginning of the prime line.  I thought it was the filament, so I tried it again, on a different print job (using PLA) and it did the same thing, so I am not sure how to fix that.

I found this link, that I was going to try as well.  My main goal is to just have the nozzle only heat up to X degrees while performing the bed mesh sequence to reduce the amount of filament oozing out.

are you using the correct profile for the MMU with filament loaded to the nozzle?

Normal MMU Profiles do not have filament loaded at start up. so your blobs may be due to you trying to load filament to a nozzle that is already loaded...

Although I would have hoped that the filamment sensors would have noticed existing filament...
