MK3S hotend and replacement not heating up?

My MK3S stopped in mid-print a couple of days ago. There was no error message shown.
The hotend fuse and the other two fuses are good, the board outputs 24V on the hotend-connector.
I assumed that the time of the hotend had come and ordered a replacment assembly from the Prusa Shop.

With the replacement hooked up, the behaviour unfortunately did not change.
The board reports the target temperature reached, while the hot-end doesn't significantly heat up (see picture above)
The heatbed does heat up as intended.

I'd be grateful for any tips you can give me. Thank you.

Thank you! I didn't know that years after purchase support would be available like that.

The helpful support team member pointed out a flaw in my data - using an IR-thermometer on the hotend isn't reliable due to reflection.
With the false reading data discarded, support identified the real fault: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/clogged-nozzle-hotend-mk3s-mk2-5s_2008

I partially disassembled the printing head, removed the hotend assembly and confirmed the fault.
I installed the brand-new hotend-assembly (which I ordered assuming mine was bad).
The printer is now ready for printing again and extrudes fine. =]

I also removed the clog from the used hotend and cleaned the whole thing to put aside as spare parts.
