MK3S hot end overheating

I sent a print via OctoPrint today and had the printer hit a M112 emergency and restart. I noticed the hot end temp at 285 on the control when it was set to 245 in the slicer.  Octoprint was showing 160245 for hot end temp. I had the hot end set at 160 while the bed was heating to 110, so at first glance it looks like octoprint added the 245 hot end temp to the 160 that was there when I hit print. However, printing from SD gave the same result. I did a reset and the same thing happened. I was a running a customized version of FW 3.9.0 with the heat bed temp upped to 130. This has been working fine the last few days. I had a bunch of pc built up on the nozzle yesterday and cleaned it off with a brass brush but I don't see any damage to the thermister or heater cart cables, though I haven't done a tear down and thorough inspection. I flashed the stock 3.9.0 and have the same result. Setting the control to a specified temp on the hot end and heat bed works fine. Self test passed. Anything I send from OctoPrint wants to set the hot end to 160245 now. Whether I'm printing from SD or OctoPrint the control only shows bed temp, with the hot end temp flashing on the screen so quickly than it can't be read. I have OctoPrint and all plugins up to date. Any thoughts?

Would you please post the g-code header (first 200 lines)?

Duh, I never thought to look at the gcode. You can see where the temp is set to 160245. Slicer is for sure set to 245. Wait...I was working on a custom start g-code the other day and I can see where the 160 is being added. Loaded the wrong Printer profile 🙃. I didn't have it labeled correctly. I don't have time to try it tonight but I'm sure that's the case. Thanks!
