Mk3S firmware rebooting when setting nozzle temperature.

I replaced my nozzle and currently have the hotend uninstalled from the printer.  When I try to set the temp to 285C to tighten the new nozzle, the FW reboots as soon as  I press the knob to select the setting.  Was not seeing this issue previously.  It reboots also when I try to make the setting via Pronterface.

I had no problem setting the temp to 285C when I removed the old nozzle.  I have now reinstalled the hotend and reflashed the FW again, but the problem persists.

You probably shorted the heater cartridge wires together while changing the nozzle. When it tries to heat the system resets from low voltage due to the excessive current draw. See if they are touching and fix them.

Nope, the wires are not shorted, double checked, still reboots.

Does it still reboot if you unplug the heater cartridge? If not, there is a problem with it. Measure it with a multimeter; resistance should be appreciably greater than zero, but probably in the tens of ohms.
