MK3S+ Extruder spring
I have stupidly lost my extrude spring - I am in London, UK - does anyone know where I can replacement from.
Prusa only want 1.68 but the killer Shipping cost!!!

Idler spring.
15.5mm long
5mm OD
3.25mm ID
0.8mm wire diameter9-10 coils, and they have closed ends.
With this information, it should be possible to order the spring from a supplier in the UK.

Oh maybe you have everything solved already, but this happened to me once. guess where it was... hanging UNDERNEATH the heat bed.. because it is freakin MAGNETIC. Have you checked there?

I bought a bag of springs at a local hardware/hobby type store for about 3 dollars. In this bag there were multiple springs that fit these dimensions. Maybe a store that sells model planes and remote controlled vehicles may have a part that is the same size or can be modified to fit.

Resurrecting this thread; AWESOME tip. I tore apart my work area looking for the dropped spring. While looking for replacement specs I came across your post and flipped over the printer and there it was!
