Mk3s extruder parts? Need some help.

Not sure if this is in the correct spot, it's a bit unique. I am heavily modding a lulzbot mini and have already added a prusa mini bed plate. I have a Rambo einsy ready to be put in.

I'm working on CAD mods to fit the 45mm spacing of the prusa i3 series extruders.

I don't currently own a Prusa i3 mk3s, so getting access to spare parts on prusa's website is currently restricted. I do own a prusa mini.

Where can I find the hardware for a mk3s extruder? I think I would like the filament sensor, the quiet fans. I have motors that should work. I can print the plastic parts on the mini if I need to. Is there a BOM on github somewhere? Or is someone already able to buy extruder parts for me or have access to good clone parts?

Do you think if I emailed prusa's customer service they would sell me a one-time extruder?
