MK3S+ blobs then layer gap

im printing with ASA in an enclosure.

while printing this happens in different locations, it makes a blob and then a small layer gap. it looks like the blob belongs in the gap because its always on the left of the gap.

The seam is in a other corner so it shouldn't have to do anything with it.

im using prusaSlicer 5.0.0 and use the given prusament ASA profile with lowered print speeds and flow.

update:

Ive found out that sometimes the printer says "crash detected" then it moves to home and back.

The place where the crash detected happens is at the blob and layergap.

What is the best way to fix this? is it software or hardware related?

Turn off crash detection, if the problem goes away, think about lubricating the rods and bearings, and makong sure that nothing is restricting smooth motion of the X and Y axis.
