MK3S Black PSU - are there specs for it ?
I've added an RPi3 to my PSU. I think I'd like to add more, but not unless I have a spec that'll explain how much I can push this PSU. The model seems to be an OEM one, just for Prusa.
It seems to be able to produce 10A @ 24VDC. However, there are two sets of connections - is that 5A on each one ? Are they connected to the same rail internally, so it doesn't matter what you hook up to ?
I was actually thinking of adding a little power meter to the DC output, so I could see what's been pulled on it. Especially if I want to add more LED lighting (so I can get a better picture with the camera).

Pi's are very sensitive to supply voltage which is why the pukka Pi power supply is 5.1V to ensure that the boards sees atleast 5v. You will know if the Pi is unhappy with supplied power as OctoPrint will display a "lightning bolt".

Oh, the Pi has been running fine, I've a 24->5V buck converter that's happy. I've just no idea how much more power I can pull from the various rails 🙂

FWIW I use a Pi wall wart power supply and isolate the 5v rail on the USB socket. I'm not saying either are necessary or even desirable, just my three penneth. YMMV

Now I have a bootable Raspberry PI 3B+ - and found that my USB wireless keyboard dongle doesn't work 🙁 so waiting on a friend to get an old keyboard out of her parents attic ("don't order it, she'll get it and bring it over") - so with those guidelines, i wait to set up my Pi. I'm hoping once I get it on my Wifi and have browser access I can go to octoprint.org and get the pieces I need. It's a touch screen - any addons I need to get to make octo work from the touch screen?
Once it's working from touch screen, How do I access it from my upstairs over wifi? Me = Noob here, but I'm tech savvy

You don't need a keyboard to set up either Octopi or Octoprint. You did post "Me = Noob" so heres a couple of things you may already know.
OctoPrint is an application that runs on the Raspberry Pi operating system.
OctoPi is a prepackaged preconfigured binary containing the operating system, OctoPrint and any necessary drivers.
Once your Pi is booted and physically plugged into a network you can access the file system via SSH (and do everything that you could do with keyboard and monitor including configuring Wifi).
The instructions for both OctoPrint and OctoPi (hint you should fire up OctoPi first even if you later do a manual install) suggest the use of Etcher but it's soooo slooow. I used Win32DiskImager.
Essentially the process of installing OctoPi is to write the image to an SD card, boot the Pi with the card inserted and go and have a cup of tea. You'll know it has finished when the light stops blinking, check the Pi IP and SSh to it.
I believe there is a Prusa dedicated version of OctoPi but I suspect if it exists it's way old.
