MK3 printer corrupting Gcode

I did some searching and haven't found info on this, but this is my first printer, so maybe I'm not using the right terminology.  I have been using this new MK3 for about 4 months.  The last two months I have 5 programs that I run over and over production style.  They are being run off of an SD card.  The printer rarely gets shut off, and the SD card has not been removed for at least 2 months.  Woke up to a crash with a program about 60% complete.  I recalibrated the machine and started the print again.  Came home to a crash in exactly the same spot.  I looked the machine over and recalibrated it again.  This time I started a different program.  1/3 of the way through the first layer the machine went to home and then went back to the first part and started printing the first layer skin again.  I stopped the print.  I pulled the SD card and opened the programs in notepad on my computer.  Both are corrupted.  Have others seen it where the printed corrupts the code on the SD card?  How do I prevent it?

Here is the code where the corruption starts on the file that failed at 60% complete.

Sounds like a defective SD card to me.

There could also be an issue with the ribbon cable between the Einsy and lcd.  Remember its reading down it.  Its not likely as it shouldn't be writing to that file, just reading from it so a defective card is much more likely.  Although with floating lines who knows if it is just reading.
