MK3 keeps restarting then a blank screen after 10 restarts

Hi All

I am wondering if any one had this issue or if some one can help me with this, I had the MK3 for a while now printing flawlessly. last week end I got the MMU2 upgrade as I had the MMU1 on the MK2S, any how after the installation and firmware upgrade, calibration and testing all went as expected, through a model at the printer with the SD card, a rather lengthy print ~10Hours. 2 hours into the print the printer decided to restart. and Lost print progress so this was not the power panic. and then I noticed after it completes the boot, it restarts again it did that around 10- times then just a blank screen, i disconnected the MMU and the Power source for about 15 min and them reconnected the printer it dose boot but every time i try to print it restarts before reaching temps even. Any Ideas what could cause such behavior?

Another party had the filament sensor plugged in backwards and had a similar experience. Note, lots of people are having filament sensors catch fire. So if yours is backwards, recommend you unplug it and NOT plug it back in.

Which Filament Sensor, the MMU Finda is keyed and the MK3 has been working fine for 6 month before the upgrade. I have been in touch with the support and ran a few trouble shooting procedures it seems it is the power supply power panic feature. will see what comes out of that, but thanks for the reply

I'm not real familiar with the MMU nor the upgrade; but commented because if you worked on the extruder during the upgrade (you add a Bowden tube, I think) you may have moved the sensor plug.

On the normal Mk3, the optical filament sensor is on the top rear of the extruder. The plugs on the cable aren't really indexed well; and it's very easy to reverse the Einsy side, and it's not terribly difficult to reverse the extruder side - just a bit more pressure.
