Mk2 or MK3 fan

Hi everybody.

I have actually a MK3S that I have successively upgraded from MK2 to MK3S MMU2S model. The print fan make a lot of noise since several weeks now. It still spinning, but I think that some filament dust still stuck inside. I have try to do my best to clean it, but it still make noise. Also If I try to use the calibration wizard, the print fan fail the test.

I'm actually planning to replace this print fan by another one, but if I go Prusa shop there is 2 version for this print fan :

- MK3 Print Fan (5V) which is not compatible with MK2S
- MK2/S Print Fan (12V) which is not compatible with MK3.

As my printer is an MK2 upgraded to MK3S, and as the print fan actually installed on it is the MK2/S version, which version of the Print Fan I need to order?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Re: Mk2 or MK3 fan

Look for 5V or 12v mark on the fan label; that's the best way to check.

Re: Mk2 or MK3 fan

That's the 5V one. I totally forgot to check if it may be indicated on the fan label.
Thank you very much.
