Missing lines during print

I have an MK3S.

I have printed the MK3S Extruder

I am using Prusa's dual extruder drive gears

I am using Prusa's stepper motors.

The problem seems to be a regular miss of lines during print - all layers.

I have tried 3 sets of Drive gears, replaced Extruder motor, printed several Extruder bodies, checked and re-checked E-steps - all to no avail.

I have been grappling with this issue for several weeks now.

QUESTION: Can you please look at the attached image and offer some advice.

Thank you.

First layer

You are having a first layer adhesion issue - try cleaning the bed and adjusting you Z offset by about -0.050

Thank you Chuck but I have adjusted the Z Offset + & - to no avail.

Although the photo shows a 1st layer print - the same issue prevails on all layers.

Can you do a first layer test and post the image of the rectangle on the next and held up to a light.  This could be an extrusion issue.  The photos will help.
