message : xFLASH is not responding

I have updated my printer Prusa mk3s+ al Firmware 3.13.0 , after a few prints that went well, now when I turn on the printer this message appears:

External SPI flash W25X20CL/xFLASH not responding , 

To try to fix it I followed the instructions I found here:

but i didn't solve the problem.

I reset the printer to factory options, but that didn't fix the problem .

I tried to update the printer with other older firmware, but the message always appears on power up.

Furthermore, the menu language is only English and the SD card reader no longer reads the SD cards I insert.

At the moment I'm using the pronterface program (printrun) to print , since the sd card reader does not work .

I read that old  Einsy Rambo cards may have problems with the new firmware, I checked the version of my card and it is : Einsy Rambo 1.1b.

Anyone know how to fix the problem?
