May have burned up Extruder motor?

I upgraded my MK3 to the latest firmware today, and did some printing.  I had to leave my office for a bit, so I left a job running, and when I came back, it had clogged and nothing was being extruded.  I shut down the job and tried to eject the filament, but nothing came out and the extruder motor started smoking.

I killed the power to the machine, unplugged it, and let it cool off for a few hours.  Haven't touched it since, but I'm worried I may have to replace the extruder motor?  Where would I get a replacement?

Prusa Store is your best option.  Are you sure it was the motor smoking, and not melted plastic from the print?

@tim-m30

I thought it was the motor, but maybe not.  I've already ordered a replacement motor, and I'm going to have to take the hot end apart to clear the massive clog anyway, so I'll drop in the new motor and test the old one to see if it's damaged.
