MAXTEMP

I am printing with PC and need higher temps for the CCTREE filament I bought. I would like 300 deg nozzle and 130 deg bed.

The manual shows MAXTEMP is at 310 deg whereas I am finding that it is at 300 deg. Has this been changed? Is there a simple workaround?

Could I safely take the heatbed up to say 130 deg by elevating the voltage to say 25.5V? I haven't tested this but don't see a maxtemp for the bed in the manual.

RE: MAXTEMP

Thermistor will fail pretty quickly at temps over 280c ... you should be investing in one of the better sensors like the PT100 and nescessary amps to make it work with the MK3.

ps: As for the bed, most people printing hot use chambers, and keeping the ambient at 50c should let the bed get to 125c - 130c without mods.
