just plugged everything in and it started up what appears to be fine.

Just disconnected the things not mentioned and it has turned on now.

unplug anything to do with extruder except the pinda

Right now I have all the motors the pinda probe, the lcd cables and power panic plugged in.

I removed the extruder motor plug in.

I have the heatbed plugged in on the bottom but did you mean heatbed thermister?

yes good now when the heatbed is pluged in heat it to 70c degress
