M112 Emergency Stop, no signs of problems otherwise

I've been running my MK3S pretty hard but with zero problems for the last couple of weeks. Today I was printing a file that I've printed many times before. It's about 8 hours long, 150mm high at max, nothing special. I left to run an errand when it had about 2 hrs left and came home to "M112 Emergency Stop" error. Never seen this specifically before, but it looks like it can be triggered by bad thermistor wiring. Is there anything else I should check? I will probably go ahead and order a replacement bed thermistor, but I don't want to overlook something obvious. I have this log from the Octoprint terminal as well:
