Loose Heater Block

Hi,

I was printing something over night and the next day I found a blob of filament on the nozzle so I removed it as described here:

But now I can easily turn the heater block and I am not sure if that is normal or it is a problem and how to fix it.

Depends on what you mean by "turn". 

The E3D V6 hotend assembly is round and sits in grooves inside the extruder assembly, with nothing restricting rotational movement. That's why you need a wrench to hold the heater block in place when swapping nozzles. So that kind of movement is probably normal. 

If it means only the heater block swivels, that points to an incorrect assembly of hr hotend. Most likely the heat break is not installed properly and/or heater block not properly tightened against the heatbreak. Here's a schematic of the correct assembly:
