Lines at geometry changes

Lines at geometry changes
I have the following since 3 months, if I print something and it changes for example from a complete circle to a ring it creates lines at the outside of the print, that look like Overextrusion. Lines on 2 objects on the orange one the line is very large

Excuse the bad formatting, I should stop writing on the handy, here is the updated version.

I have the following since 3 months, if I print something and it changes, 
for example from a complete circle to a ring it creates lines at the outside of the print,

This is usually caused from print speed changes.  Check the slicer SPEED preview for changes that are being caused by filament cooling settings.  By adjusting the settings, you can make the print speed consistent top to bottom and achieve a more smooth result.

If i view at the speeds they look the same. Which settings do you mean ?
