Leaking Hotend / Heaterblock
Wondering if anyone can suggest a fix for this.
I've been noticing a leak that forms about an hour or so into a print. A blob begins to form on the top of the heater block. I believe it's coming form where the heater break connects to the block and not the heatsink (from what I can tell).
I've taken the entire hotend a apart, cleaned it and re-assembled only to find that the issue is still there.
Should I replace anything?
My thought is that it could be the thermopaste on the heatbreak but again I'm not seeing any leakage out of the heatsink.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
RE: Leaking Hotend / Heaterblock
You need to take your hotend apart and make sure it is assembled correctly. I would guess that the nozzle and heartbreak not tightened enough.

@cwbullet
Thanks, that was actually the first thing I tried...
Gave it the block a pretty good hand tightening where it's attached to the heatbreak. How much force should I use?
