LCD Potentiometer Stopped Clicking

I've had an MK3 pre-built kit for nearly a year now. I've been happily printing for a long while now and suddenly the LCD knob's pot stopped clicking. I can't use the interface to do anything. I've removed the ABS knob and attempted to push and pull the pot, but it doesn't click. Stuck in my tracks, does anyone have any suggestions?

if support doesn't sort you out with a new lcd, you can get them for 10-15$ on amazon.

Before starting to buy new LCD or sending back, try one simple thing. Try to blow it though. It happend to me and not just to me. The little hair of filament just falls to the push button. You can not see. But it do block the button from pushing. There is a good chance it will help 😉
