Keeps saying 'printer has not been calibrated yet' and refuses to print

I changed the nozzle on my MK3 and I keep getting this message that it has not been calibrated.  I've done quite a bit of printing with no major issues until now.  I have done all of the calibrations, everything in the calibration menu, successfully except the first layer calibration.  If I try to do that, or literally anything else, I keep getting this same message.  It says to go to the manual and do the 'calibration flow.'  I've done factory reset, flashed the firmware and done xyz calibration multiple times.  What else do I have to do to get past this message?  Also, now I'm getting a message that I should update to firmware 3.13.2 but the website says use 1.13.1.

I'm still stuck.  I reflashed the firmware back to 1.13.0 and that didn't help.  Is there anybody out there?

Are you typing correct? There is no 1.13.0 release for an MK3.. it’s all 3.13.x. Assuming you mean 3.13.1 vs .2.. I’d think there should be no difference between that point release.. It looks like 3.13.1 is the latest from the website so that should be fine.

Thanks Crab.  Yes, I mistyped.  I'm getting the same non-result with 3.13.0 as with 3.13.1.  It keeps saying it 'has not been calibrated yet' but I've done the XYZ calibration repeatedly and it says the calibration is ok and the axes are perpendicular.
Is is possible I damaged something when I changed the nozzle, that would cause this?  Seems like if something was wrong, the calibration would fail.  I have some things I need to print!  This machine has worked quite well since I got it, and suddenly it won't.

Ok, related question.  I sliced a model with the Prusa slicer and put it on an SD card.  I get a message on the MK3 that I should update to firmware 3.13.2, which I don't see offered for download.  I see mention of 3.13.2 but not a button to download it.  Can I get that, and if so how, and is it possible it would help?

You can comment out a line in the PRINTER section of PSlicer so it doesn’t check for firmware updates and give you that message.. Those are annoying.. Search on forums here for “turn off update nag screen” or something similar. Maybe you have some checkbox that says install alpha/beta s/w.  3.13.1 is the last public release..I’ve never had that issue, so don’t know what the problem can be.. email Prusa support.. I’m sure they can help you quickly.

Ok, thanks everyone.  I'm new to this, I didn't think of going directly to Prusa.  I'll try that, because this is really frustrating.

Firmware 3.13.2 is the latest https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/releases/tag/v3.13.2   However there a note been added to the release page as follows

Attention: Following community feedback, we have identified potential issues during printing with this firmware release 3.13.2 (mostly layer shifts). As a precaution, we have removed the firmware files. A new firmware version, addressing this bug, is currently undergoing testing. If you experience print issues, please downgrade to the previous release 3.13.1.

Well.  I got on chat with someone at Prusa, thanks for suggesting that.  She first suggested flashing back to 3.12 which I did, same result (well slightly different- it opened saying to do the first layer cal, but then wouldn't let me.  Grr.  Doesn't it know my patience isn't infinite, and I own a variety of hammers?)  So then she asked for pictures of the hotend which I provided, and she said the cables looked bad.  Very bad were the exact words.  I started taking things apart, and turns out the wires to the thermistor were broken completely in two.

Ordered new thermistor and heater and I've been scraping the schmoo off of the heat block in the meantime.  I guess the software doesn't have a message for 'hey, the thermistor isn't connected' so it just defaults to 'hey, I'm not calibrated.'  Ok, whatever.  The new parts just arrived, so back to work.  I'll report back when I get her back together, this is probably going to fix it.  And I've learned a lot so that's always good.
