Jammed Extruder

Good Morning,

So I've had my printer for a few weeks and it has been running amazing and I've been making a lot of items with it.
Yesterday the filament got jammed in the extruder somehow and I took the extruder all apart to find the problem.

I have attached two pictures of the part that I need to replace, unless there is some way to fix this.

I looked on the shop, but I can't see where I can order this part.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Re: Jammed Extruder

try cutting the white bit, flush with the top of the black collet, with a sharp knife,
then if you have removed the heatbreak fron theother end of the silver heatsink, you should be able to push the white piece into the heatsink and out of the threaded hole where the heatbreak was previously located
