Is it heatbed deformation?

Please, help me to figure out how to improve first layer consistent quality.
See photos. First photo is the part in the center of the bed, other photos from the parts that are placed at the edges.

This is Sunlu petg.
Extrusion multiplier is 1.
Printing with the default preset 0.2mm speed, but temperatures lower for the specific filament.
I've calibrated the first layer.
Tried to preheat the bed for 2 minutes before print for stable temperature distribution.
Changed the temperature of the bed and the flow.
Checked the bed screws and checked that there are nothing between the sheet and the bed.
Checked pinda sensor to fit tight in the holder.

What should I do to improve the center part?

Adjust your first layer 'Z' until the centre is correct.

Then adjust the edges as on this page: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/bed-level-correction_2267

Cheerio,

Thanks for the reply, I will try the method, however, I do not see center adjustment, which is my case, front, rear, left and right sides are ok. Only center region is the problem.

RE: Is it heatbed deformation?

bed level correction can be positive or negative
if the centre needs to go down, raise all sides with bed level correction, then lower live Z
