Injection molded spool holder broke on day two
Not a big deal- but my MK3 kit came with an injection molded two reel spool holder. I assume that is the new standard - looks like a "T". I never felt it was attached all that firmly to the frame, and on day two the lower lip broke off perhaps it was cracked prior impacting the fit, who knows. Looking at the part, it seems like a very thin wall in that area with no fillet.
So, time to improvise and print a new spool holder. As I said, no big deal. But I am curious if others have this same spool holder have experienced similar.

Your printer came with an injection molded part?
I think we need to contact the RepRap community leaders and fill out a grievance form.

I try to not make mistakes, but the decision is YOURS.

That what I was told by chat. It does not look printed. And I could find no STL file of the part.

That's odd.. that is the old MK2 style holder. Maybe they ran out of the printed ones.

Yes, thank you. I printed the spool holder from there last night, but it is different from the one that shipped with my device. Not an issue though.
OTOH, gotta love simply printing a replacement on demand. No trip to the store, no waiting on UPS. This 3D print thing just might catch on.
