i3MK3S+ continues to print even there is no filament
Hello, recently I noticed that even the filament had used up, the printer continued to print rather than stopped and asked me to insert new filament. What is wrong and how to fix this problem?

Check both ends of fillament sensor cable undo theme then reinsert theme.
Does autoload work
Go to support->sensor info does the number change when inserting and removing fillament
What firmware version

What do you mean by "does autoload work"?
I went to Support->Sensor info and when I inserted and removed filament, the number changed.
Even I updated to the latest firmware 3.13.0, the issue remains.

Go settings turn fs autoload on then insert fillament does it automatically start loading it
